Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how to send your package back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest method is to return the item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Items must still meet the standard return conditions: unworn, unused, tags attached, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process the refund.
